Jo-Anne Edwards is a certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant. Trained by the renowned Protocol School of Washington® as well as the London Image Institute of Atlanta USA, Jo-Anne’s passion for etiquette and image grew out of her recognition of dire need for the youth to understand the rules that would help then get the jobs for which they applied.

Harnessing into her training her background of over twenty-nine years in the international aviation environment, Jo-Anne’s consultancy has spanned clients in both the private and public sectors, including oil and gas, education, police service, government ministries, members of the diplomatic corps, fashion and entertainment industries. Jo-Anne has been repeatedly featured in the local newspapers and has written on image impact for the professional.

A BSc. double major honours graduate of the University of the West Indies, Jo-Anne is currently working on her graduate thesis in Customer Service Management, which upon completion she plans to incorporate into her programmes with the aim of improving service provision in particular and people interaction in general.
